Everyone Should Drink less Caffeine

Have you ever realized that many adults drink caffeine. Caffeine can make many people who drink it hyper, which leads to making bad decisions, or choices. Some things that may happen to you if you drink too much caffeine are; Jitters, Restlessness, Nervousness, Increased Heartbeat, Nausea, Anxiety, Heart Palpitations, Insomnia, Sweating, Dizziness, Vomiting, and Cardiac Arrest.
If you have a bad habit of drinking lots of caffeine, I would make a schedule or  plan of what days you’re going to drink it. Making a daily plan is a great idea to making a better, healthier choice.
Although Coke and Pepsi are still battling, they both have much caffeine in them. Coke is still in the lead. Many drinks these days have added much more caffeine to them, but even though they might taste better, they aren’t as healthy. As of internet based, shampoos, conditioners, workout supplements, and pills are loaded with caffeine.
